This is the full 16-week Performance Coaching program, the system your Bloodwork Review is the first look into. It isn't a plan you're handed and left to follow; it reads your physiology and adapts as your body changes, with two milestones where progress is proven, not assumed.
The day you join you're inside the app and our private members group, then we send you for your bloodwork. Once results are in, we map your plan to your physiology and you begin within days.

Liftology was founded by Kieran Ives, an Australian performance coach specialising in bloodwork-led muscle, energy and hormone optimisation for men. After more than two decades in strength training and performance, he built Liftology on one conviction: hard work isn't the problem, structure is. Every plan is engineered around your physiology and coached personally, not handed over and forgotten.
